For those that have the older DBC2 you can update the chip, and have it work with the Benedini TBS. David's design, with the removable PIC has turned out to be very flexible, allowing updates on the system.

The Benedini product has always been a great sounding card, but there was a degree of difficulty setting it up to make use of it's features. The new DBC3 looks after all of this, making the combo an alternative for IR battlers.

The thing that really differentiates this system from the others is the way it is plug and play with the existing HL electronics. You leave all the stock electronics in place, so when you remove this system, you still have a fully functional stock HL tank.
