Just noticed this thread today.  If you want a tonneau, just phone a bunch of wreckers, check Kijiji, Craigs List, newspapers etc.  I have seen lots of caps for free on the side of the road.  They can be painted to match the truck and stickered with logos.  Usually the latches don't work on the free ones though. I remember seeing a cap that was canvas that folded up like an accordian and could be pushed up to the cab.
