I have a DA60 with the slimline muffler in mine. I am waiting to finish up but there is gobbs of space in the cowl. In fact I am looking at putting baffles in the cowl to make sure the air goes over the engine not around it.

Thanks for the info... What prop are you planning to run? I want to run a three blade, thinking about a 23-10 three blade.
