In most cases yes but there are exceptions. Some of the older servos require a higher amplitude on the pulse to the servos, the DAD's for sure. Since the magnitude of the signal pulse from all the 2.4GHz units I have check is typically 2.4 +-0.1, this can be a problem on some of the older servos especially when powering the servos with a 5 cell battery. Some of the old designs required that the pulse amplitude be at least 50% of the supply voltage in order to properly respond.
