What Barry sent you was also cc to us at the factory and we stand behind this position that if you have a problem or question concerning our product, please contact your dealer or KingTech USA Int'l for them to have an opportunity to serve you first rather than going public and if we still failed you, than we would understand you share your experience with the everyone. But if you must continue to do things your way and make us helpless of the situation, than what Barry mentioned was no choice but to reserve the right to terminate relations.

Meanwhile, we are in the process of working out details of designating KingTech Int'l to serve KingTech customers world wide, because the factory will only concentrate on R&D and production and will no longer conduct sales and possibly services directly to the customer.
