CGR, it sounds like what they did to me. I ordered a O.S. 32h engine and I get a really nice super high end car motor worth about 4 times the cost of the 32h. If I would have had a car at the time, I may have kept it. Tower sent out the correct motor next day air with a return shipping label.

I have done business with Tower from way back when you had to fill out the order form and, hold your breath, MAIL it in. They have been good at fixing the issues I have had over the years.

Hobby People has also been a good company to deal with. They have replaced engines, servos, planes and a few odds and ends over the years.
