I've not ever had a problem with JR at all, that's because I don't fly 2.4. My 72MHz equipment is almost 10 years old and works as good the day I bought it. I haven't had to replace my TX or RX, for them to go bad is very rare from what I know in my years of being in this hobby.

Hopefully he'll write back and tell us what the problem was and I'll stand corrected if I am wrong.
