Nice flight and the jet looks good. You will have a blast with the KingTech K-80.

The sound you are talking about, Is it that buzzing like sound on the? If so, It could be the sprag clutch on the starter motor hanging up on the compressor nut. I have witnessed this on engines other than Kingtech and a simple solution is to put a drop or two of 3-n-1 oil on the part of the clutch that rotates. You will have to remove the starter motor from its housing to do so. If you get any oil on the O-ring be sure to clean it off.

And reducing the fuel ramp will help with the flames.
