The MAN plan for the Saturn SE says CG is 6 inches back from the leading edge at the root.

It could be a good/safe place to start and fine tune from there

Just happens to be almost directly over the main wheels, so as to achieve the scale like rotation of the plane before liftoff. I preferred to have my main wheels about a inch further behind to give me some leeway if I wanted to move the CG further back.
