i have Sig Rascal 40 that has never been flown with a new Saito 82. thought about getting the Saito FG14 gasser for it. but the feedback im getting on those dont sound to positive.
I have to agree with 67. When Sig came out with the big rascal most the guys I know were using the then new RCS 1.40 gasser, a very high performance 22 cc engine.
To date I haven't seen one of the Saito gassers in use. For the price of there four strokes you can get a couple DLEs. I'm sure the saito would be a nice engine in a scale plane though. As an every day sport pilots engine it's just a bit out of the price range. I would still like to see one in operation, I really do like four strokes.
