I have a friend that wants to put a G26 EI in his Sopwith Camel.
I told him that the ignitions in the Zenoah's are power hogs. Is that still the case?

I mentioned he might be better off buying a good used G26 and installing an EI conversion kit. He could save as much as $100.00. Personally that is what I would do anyway.

I just want to be sure that I am right about the Zenoah ignitions. Don't want to mislead him.

BTW, I used the search but have not found a satisfactory answer.
