I've run a number of Hacker and Eflite outrunners "aggressively". I'd say they are equally conservative in their respective ratings.

The Power 160 in practice is lower KV than the Hacker A60-20S. 19x12 is the largest prop practical for pattern on the A60-20S. The 160 is quite happy on a 20x13, and for pattern I have seen larger props used, but I am sure the amps are getting quite high.
