I sent the engine to Aircraft International to get a third opinion that was not involved with this incident. Aircraft International confirmed that the crankshaft is bent at lest at the end. He also noted that the engine did not turn off smoothly.
It's my fault, I did not use PayPal or any credit card. I used trust.
