Read page 2 (Edit, sorry, more like page 4/5, hard for me to tell due to many deleted posts) of this thread or thereabouts. There was a short debate about it, where I said some disparaging things about them, but eventually conceded they probably weren't that bad and we allowed an entry that used one.
I see that now. Should have looked earlier, but i forgot about this thread kind of and then i was just reading the last page at work today and didnt have time to skim through it all.
Are there any other cheap devices that read speed and are accurate?
I dont have a smart phone, so no way for me to do it there. My wife does, but she'd kill me if she knew i had it strapped to an r/c truck
Like I said, probably wouldnt be anywhere around the 50mph mark, but might be fun for me to see just what it would do and post some video[8D]
