Thanks to all!! Looks like RTL and Micro Fasteners ,at this point, have what i need. RTL have #2 sheet metal screws w/washers(didn't see them at M.F.)Those are great for servos.

I use these servo-mounting screws (socket head washer head) from [link=http://www.microfasteners.com/catalog/products/TWSSHWHMS.cfm]Micro Fasteners[/link]. Three different lengths in #2 screw size.
