Our field just made the rule, no hovering over the runway, which is a very fair rule. I find that most circle flyers won't fly when I 3d my airplanes, whether it's break time, time to watch, or just fear....I don't know . The runway is free game if only 3d is going on When other venture out to fly, I observe the rules and only 3d out beyond the runway, or most of the time I just fly the circle with them....but usually knife edge, inverted, or harrier circles . We get along just fine .
