You are right that with some planning and with today's multi connectors it can be done in 10 mins. There's also the fuel tank which has to be taken out in order to put your hand in to do and undo the bolts that hold the front section with the fuselage. Photos gives you an idea what I am saying. Afterall, I said impractical not impossible.
