It looks kinda like an old MK kit out of Japan from the late 80's, those aren't 3D ailerons , they used to call those barn door ailerons. The colors remind me of an old Hobby Shop called "Circus Circus" they used alot of pink and purple. It might have been called a MK Arrow, but it also looks like a Zlin .
