Seriously, if they start doing that land and wait till they are on their way. I doubt they are way below 500 feet but I'm not there so no way to say for sure. But if anything happens it's pretty much automatically your fault as you have an obligation to see and avoid manned aircraft so just land and be on the safe side.

That's probably how they caught me (the hat)

Seriously, I do routinely have to get out of the way for the goodyear blimp and some biplane seeding wheat. They both fly quite low it seems.
