Yes, absolutely go with the Futaba 2.4. For the few dollars more that it would cost there is no reason not to. With this Tx all you need to do is buy receivers and bind them to that radio. AM is really obsolete as far as radio's go. With this one Tx you can have as many tanks as you want. The draw back to this is you can only run one tank at a time, but this is true with any Multi model radio.
