Default RE: Tamiya rc tank and new Futaba 4GWD

You won't need to worry if you use a block under your tank... and to tell you the trouth don't think spektrum is so good loads of guy's complain about always getting glitches with spektrum all the time in the RC world spektrums 2.4 is like the worst there is...your old FM probably was more reliable!
spektrums 2.4 is low on the RCers list compaired to futaba airtronics and ko propo.

''I say use the AM especially in a tank you have no worries if the tank went out of control you can go get it and pick it up not like it's going 30MPH! ''

Glitching and going 30 mph - no. Flying off the table top your were working on - YES

I've used Futaba and Airtronics FM units. Have since upgraded to Spectrum. (1st Picture)

ALWAY use tank stand (wood, plastic, foam, etc) when 'parking' your tank on a table It keeps you treads off the table and stop the tank from taking an unscheduled walk. (2nd Picture)
