Hi Mario the boat looks great nice pics,dont worry your powerplant will push her just fine and as you say later you can go with more power if you wish.Personally i would use two 520 inlines one to each drive ,one pipe going back one forward on each engine for better balance.
If you ever want a smaller Apache that will handle some rough water and serious speed you know where to come .Nige has one with an inline zen .
