Default RE: Top Flite P-47D Thunderbolt ARF .60-.91: Building & Mods

I originally purchased the Century Jet 1/7 pilot, and he's a good fit, size-wise. That being said, I HATE the look and overall craftsmanship of it, and he's currently sitting on my bench, staring at my balefully. I then ordered an Aces of Iron 1/7 bust, but he seems too small overall, and not just because he's just a bust. I think a 10" action figure would fit this plane well, but good luck finding one of those - it seems like most of them are 12". I seem to recall seeing a 10" Tuskegee Airmen action figure somewhere, which might work out very well, but I can't remember where it was.

Good luck, and let us know what you end up with!

Does anybody have any recommendations for a full-body pilot? I don't really like the Century Jet option. Also, whay would be the correct height of a properly scaled piloit? I might look in a toy store.

Thanks in advance!
