A few years back I witnessed a similar incident a few miles up the road from you (Lemon Tree Passage) when a small mullet dove ahead of a boat running at speed. Unfortunately for the mullet it was an RC airboat and there were many pieces of mullet thrown in the air. I believe I have a video of the event stashed away somewhere. Got to watch those mullet!!
