also you can use any old spare servo to check the channel etc. should just flip from one extreme to another.

i´m really happy with my rcexl opto isolator switches... they are on ebay i think and really cheap.. plus as dle ignition is rcexl, well it just lets you know you are using a pre-tested setup.
