My build room is in the attic over my garage. Roof is build up with rafters not trusses, 8 pitch. Garage is 26' x 33'. Floor area of the build room is 14 x 18'. My build table is 4 X 8 on 6 caster wheels. Mounted a old sliding glass door on the wall for a light table with hinges to fold down out of the way when not in use.
