also you can use any old spare servo to check the channel etc. should just flip from one extreme to another.

i´m really happy with my rcexl opto isolator switches... they are on ebay i think and really cheap.. plus as dle ignition is rcexl, well it just lets you know you are using a pre-tested setup.

Very good advice..... I did use a servo in the #5 and #6 Slot on my receiver and found quickly the switch to activate my opto kill switch... Every thing seems to be working and the red light turns on and off from switch 8 on my Futaba 9C.... next will check the spark itself and should be ready to fly...
