Our ISP friends don't like to spend $$ to upgrade existing customers in a "mature" section of the metro area where there's no "expansion" available - aka - new customers. They only upgrade when the old technology inhibits the implementation of new (more $$$) features.

BTW, I don't have any blue bands between the posts unless you're talking about "thin blue border lines". If that's the case then the border is not costing you band width as they are merely a couple of formating characters sent to your PC telling your browser to add a border around a box of text.  It's all of that animated window crap that I have yet to look at. Would be nice to have an option to turn off all of the "crap" in your profile.

Where's Marc the Admin when you need him? Guess he didn't make the transition to the NEW website service provider some time back. Probably was too valuable (expensive) for the new owners.
