There is no mention of electric setup in the manual or the manual update.

Since all the control surfaces are pre-installed and glued your stuck with what you get. If I could have glued the hinges in myself I would have set the control surface out a little futher to gain a little more throw. From experience with my last Rascal 110 you need all the throw you can get if you want to fly a little 3D. There is no hatch in the fuse.
