Probably, the 'blow up' was suppose to be 118" but the plans measure out as 120 1/4".
Center wing is 45 1/4 and each outer wing is 37.5".
The plans were probably 'blown' up before the technology was as advanced as it is today: some parts of the plans have a lot of black (check some of my pictures) along the edges as, today, that wouldn't occur.
