I fired off an e-mail to my guy at LHS to get me one in red, with the same servos.

I'll probably run the AR9110 powersafe RX and two li-fe. Overkill I'm sure, but I think I'd like to have two isolated batteries on something this size.

Anyhoo, I'm really struggling with engine choice. A four stroke gas I think would really be neat on this plane, but the Syssa appears to be a nice engine, as is the dle30... for around half the cash.

Kind of leaning toward Saito FG36. Basically a gas version of their 220.

Anyone have any thoughts? I'd like adequate power to hover and to pull floats, though the floats would likely be pretty light (seaplane supply foam cores sheeted and glassed).
