Anyone knows some freeware program, for calculating stallspeed, by input data as airfoil, span, corde and weight?

Or - can anyone calculate expected minimum stallspeed for me?

Known data:
Airfoil Clark Y 13%
Span 276cm / 108"
wingcord 43cm / 17"
total area of stab 10dm2 / 155 inch2
expeted weight 2kg / 70 OZ
