Well, yes and no. The program is Futaba, but the aircraft/vehicles will be another manufacturer.

To be clear, Futaba is not doing the FTR. Great Planes/Hobbico is doing them. They have an arrangement with Futaba that allows them to do so. But Futaba itself is not doing the planes.
You are almost right. Hobbico will certainly be doing FTR products; but so will many other manufacturers throughout the world. This is the real key to the success of FTR products.
Climb on board, it's going to be a very fun ride!
