Ummm... ok. Call me dumb, well, under-informed,
but where is the fuel tank, batteries, receiver.. usually these profile planes have all that hanging on the side of the fuse.

Not on this one CG. It actually has about a three inch wide fuselage, tank, ignition, rx, and throttle servo are all mounted inside the fuselage. On my morris profile the tank and batteries are mounted inside the wing.
Ah. Thanks, Bill. From the perspective of the picture in your post, I couldn't tell how big it was and it looks smaller than that. Cool!!
