You have seen me cut a kit for a 1/4 scale in less then two hours so if you don't have patience then make sure you have some beer. The last one I cut I used the band saw, there were no inside cuts. I was surprised at how much faster a band saw was. I looked at the Royal Zero again today and it looks like it would be a great build. None of the Royal kits were hard to build, they just required a bunch of sanding to shape. Now sanding is something even beer doesn't help.
