I saw the same thing on a old Jet Cat ECU on a P-80, the guy had a flame out and when we went over to pick up the plane fuel was coming out the back of the turbine full bore.... he was lucky the flame was out!
Yep this also happen to a friend of mine. After a flame he manage to do a perfect bellyland. The jet was out in the field without any damage, But halfway to the plane we saw black smoke. I ran to the plane and he ran back for the extinguisher. Pump was still running but it was too late with the extinguisher.
