RE: which glue for aero-cell foam?
Many use the WHITE Gorrilla glue. Dampen one side of the break by blotting a moist paper towel on it. It takes very little moisture. Apply the WHITE Gorrilla glue sparingly with a tooth pic . Tape together while the glue sets up. It dries white so it will be nearly invisable. It has the expanding or foaming action that fills gaps.
If there is a lot of compresion in the foam drizzle hot water over the affected areas first to re-expand the foam. Yours doesn't appear to need the hot water treatment though.
Your foam safe CA is fine too. It takes very little of any glue as the foam won't usully soak any up like wood will. Tooth pic again is handy here.
