Default RE: *ASM Cessna 182 (10ft) 30-50cc*

Happy New Year everyone...

The delay looks good. I have set my Futaba 12FG with 3 Conditions: a) Take off, b) Cruise, c) Landing. For each condition I have programmed the radio to set different flaps, configure the lighting, and alter control surface rates etc etc. So on landing I deploy the flaps nice and slowly, but have max throw on up elevator with 90% expo, and have landing lights switched to full. In cruise mode I then have another set of rates, and flaps are at neutral.

I have also set up a left hand slider to trim the elevator for intial test flights, because when trimming I have found it less stressful to be holding on to the elevator stick (Mode 2) and then trying to adjust the trims in flight at the same time. The left slider is very easy to get to, rather than trying to feel for the correct trim switch.

Do full flaps (30 Deg) require any elevator compensation?

Cheers
Matt
