If I understand your post correctly, with power on it turns right, but with power off it turns left or goes straight? That would indicate too much right thrust assuming the airframe is straight and not damaged in any way. Some right thrust should be there, but it's possible you got one with too much. If you'll post a pic someone else who has a Mini Super Cub can compare with theirs.
