I belong to a club of over a 100 members. We have sail planes, scale planes, sport planes, 3d planes, electric planes, heli....things...lol, and some pattern planes. Heck, we even have a few "target" planes that show up and when things get quite, airsoft guns come out and we try and shoot em down.

You will be hard pressed to find any large club that doesnt have grumbling going on internally. Thats just the nature of the beast. A good, large club is like a big ole disfunctional family. They all hate each other, but, when the crap hits the fan, everyone pulls together and takes care of business. Thats a beautiful thing to see

My personal opinion, sounds like you need a different hobby. Maybe fishing? Or playing golf? Sounds like your not club type material (anti social)
