Hello!
I have built a few Kougars, I have always used 3M #77 Spray adhesive to bond the wing sheeting to the foam cores. I have one Kougar I have been flying for almost 20 years and the wings have held up good.You can get the adhesive atWalmart or any Hardware Store. Hope this helps!!
