I think 23 lbs would be better with a 100cc class engine not a 50cc. 80" or more at 15 lbs should be a very good target for your engine. From that, I don't know of any ARFs that come up in this weight range. Maybe scratch building a stick built aircraft with light materials would be an all out way to go...
