This is not really a hobby question and maybe it is since I buy my modeling items with a credit card. I need an attorney to tell me what type of attorney I need to bring a lawsuit against a major credit card company. Briefly the issue is as follows: A major credit card company falsified a credit rating with the three major credit reporting bureaus and when I challenged the credit card company they had no record of the dispute. I did not find out about the issue until my home refinancing was denied due to this fraudulent credit report.
