RE: Attorney needed
I had a major credit cancelling my account of many years due to a bad credit report that they received, after they run a routine check up.
The previous information is all I received from the credit agency upon contacting them.
I requested a copy of my credit from the three credit score agencies, just to find that only one had a bad record of mine.
That report showed more than four big debts that I had with financial institutions from Texas, with which I had never dealt.
I just informed the credit score agency with the incorrect report and they promised to investigate.
About three weeks later, I was notified that those debts had been removed from my file, since the investigation proved that they were wrongly allocated to my file.
I later verified that my score with that agency was as good as with the other two.
Regarding the major credit card, I did not bother to renew my account with them, because I did not like the way they handled my situation, just kicking me out without previous consultation or discussion.
Almost every week I receive mail with credit card offers that are even better that the one I had.
