That Dubro assembly does not come with anything for attaching to the bottom of the rudder. The way it is intended to be used is the bend at the top is made above the bottom of the rudder and the bend is inserted into a hole before hanging the rudder. There are may ways to avoid rehanging the rudder if you wish. The most simple is to make your bend butted up aginst the rudders bottom and cut one or two straps out of and aluminum soda can, epoxis the straps up aginst the bottom or simpy screw the straps.

Some folks make a big deal about letting the bend slide inside some sort of tube or sleeve but on that airplane that is definately overkill and not neccessary.
