Default RE: my backdraft 8e!

leaking issues mainly, running a tekin motor in it i would have to pull them after 2 7 min quals and redo them. I did end up putting grease in them and that helped but didnt get the performance i needed hence the changed to another company. I did manage to keep it together for a few club races before stepping out with it for one major. It took 4th in the b main with it.
oh, so you were trying to use fluid to tune the diff then. Thats not something i worry about as i bash and dont race. I mean, im sure i will take it to the track once in awhile, but not in an actual race.

I just dont want it to shred the diff pinion and ring gear like the E 8e did on me.

I will at some point put some thick grease in the center diff. But even as it is now, it handles pretty awsome.

The backdraft is nice, but i dont think its a true race buggy. its not a true 1/8 platform like the hurricane is, or most other 1/8 buggies out there. But then, it dont cost much either.
