Default Why is fuel so expensive?

The "hobby" tag really means rip-off (I thin they should put it in a dictionary like hobyy is blablabla - see also rip-off )

Fuel though I think it the least overpriced than other things like after run.
At least is VERY high quality and honestly is it expensive and difficult to make stuff. It can very easily be compared to racing fuel of kerozine, which are also very expensive. There is a catch though as airplane fuel it cheaper while it is the same thing. (As much as I could search and find there is NO difference-the engines have exactly the same way of operation for all models.

I dont think that we should actually complain for fuel. OK it is expensive but not as much as other stuff (have you ever though the production cost of a plastic A arm?It in the region of 1-2 cents and you pay how much for it????)
Another example-how much a aluminium bottom chassis cost?
Once I got a piece of very strong aircraft aluminium (My brother-in-law got it from my from his work.He works in a military facility that repair aircrafts-the one he got me was ofr the outer part of F4-phantom planes) and was much tougher that any material I have even seen in my 12 years in the hobby. The cost of it??For a piece of 35x35cm it was more or less 8-10 USD. How much does your "hobby" grade one costs???Terribly much more for something inferior.
