Of course folks have moved the battery in front of the firewall. Where are ya when we need ya John (Buckner)? An appropriately strengthened structure is needed for both the battery pack and the foam isolating material. The ones shared are adjacent to the engine extending forward from the firewall next to the motor mount. Ya better have a lot of extra room for that approach. Need to keep the glow goo away if glow powered.
