Yes, you can slave one elevator to another channel. That is the perfered method. don't use aY harness if possible. The servos are not exactly the same in speed and throw., they may fight eachother to a degree. If you must use a "y" harness, you can get a servo reverser , that will make both servos travel the same direction from most any hobby shop or try Tower or Horizon.
