I gave a 14 year old one of my 4ch futaba radios because his
mother said he wanted to learn to fly.
He is now a club member has soloed and has 1 glow plane and
3 electrics. His mother say's I helped create a monster .
When he flys and smiles, it was worth it.

. Its all good and I`m sure Mom knows that her son could have become a monster in a far worse way. Deep down inside I know she is smiling. Nothing like seeing your child on the right track rather than on the streets doing bad. This reminds me of my mother the first time coming home from work,came into my room and say me building my first plane a Great Planes PT 20. I thought she was going to be mad, but there was a big smile on her face. I was 18 at the time, just came to this country. She was as happy as I was. I`ll never forget it. I guess to this day, if the lady I`m with don`t feel the way i do about my hobby, I know it not going to last. NO Sir!
